System Administrator Microsoft Exchange

Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we are looking for a System Administrator Microsoft Exchange. You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support and further development of our highly available platforms for Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online
• Migration of new branches of the company (mailbox relocations, user migrations)
• Support and further development of Cisco SecureEmailGateways (former Ironport ESA)
• Administration in the area of Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022
• Administration of complex AD and GPO structures
• Error analysis and troubleshooting as 3rd level in the area of Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.

Your Requirements:

• Completion of a degree in the field of computer science or comparable sound IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist
• Experience in an international environment and possibly with external providers
• Independent, result-oriented and process-oriented way of working
• Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills
• Communication and teamwork skills, consulting skills
• Proficient English, written and spoken
