Senior IAM Specialist

Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join us in the Senior IAM Specialist position. You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.

Your Responsibilities:

• Integrate HR systems, AD environments, and applications into our SailPoint ISC platform.
• Create low-level designs, implement and document approval workflows and recertification campaigns.
• Advise internal business partners on IAM and governance topics.
• Manage and continuously improve user lifecycle processes.

Your Profile:

• Strong experience with IGA/IAM systems.
• Solid knowledge of authorization and role management.
• Team oriented, proactive working style.
• Clear and effective communication with European stakeholders.
• Experience in cross platform and hybrid infrastructures.
