In connection with expanding the teams of our partners, we are looking for a Java Tech Lead!

Requirements:

• 7-8+ years of experience in Java development with proven technical leadership
• Hands-on experience delivering secure and scalable backend or full-stack systems
• Strong knowledge of system design, APIs and data modeling
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, microservices and DevOps concepts
• Focus on quality – testing, CI/CD, observability and security
• Excellent problem – solving and architectural decision – making skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities with a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English
