Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience in Leading software engineering teams

– 5+ years of experience in Backend development (Java or Go or Python)

– Strong knowledge of cloud-native systems, modern infrastructure, CI/CD, and Agile

– Proven ability to balance long-term architecture with fast execution in high-growth environments

– Fluency in English
