In connection with expanding the teams of our partners, we are looking for a Database Reliability Team Lead!

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in a Team Lead or similar leadership role within DBRE, DBA, or SRE environments

• Proficient command of Kubernetes and AWS

• MySQL Expertise: Solid experience in building reliable clusters (sharding, replication, backups, performance tuning, and query optimization).

• NoSQL Knowledge: Administrator experience with MongoDB (configuration, performance tuning).

• Strong experience with Terraform and Middle-level development skills in Python or Go.

• Deep experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog, implementing metrics, logs, and traces.

• Proven experience in managing production incident workflows and high-availability systems.
