    We are currently looking to find a Network Administrator to join our team of professionals.

    As a member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for helping ensure the various networking devices and network environments are fully operational and offer a high level of security and availability in NA region.

    What to expect:

    • Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Palo Alto firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks
    • Perform all operational duties associated with the network environments, including VPN access, wireless access, monitoring, network performance management, network security maintenance, VOIP, network-related problem troubleshooting.
    • Support complex application solutions distributed globally or locally
    • Participate in implementation of networking solutions to support major projects and new initiatives
    • Document scripting standards with written procedures, processes, diagrams, and other technical documents
    • Participate in on call activities related to emergency technical support and follow the implemented IT Service Management process to provide 24/7 network support.
    • Conduct analysis of opportunities on the possible improvement of existing network infrastructure
    • Utilize IT Automation tools and scripting to automate network device provisioning process, execute network changes and obtain data collection for reporting or analysis.
    • Develop and maintain solutions to automate repetitive tasks, reduce downtime in network operations, improve speed and predictability of network changes, assist in diagnosis and remediation of advanced network problems, and drive innovation.
    • Automate network changes and data collection tasks to enhance the productivity and validity of the results.
    • Develop testing techniques to validate network configuration and detect inconsistencies before changes are made.
    • Automate network monitoring and alerts triage as part of proactive approach to maintaining high level of service. Build reports to gain intelligence about the network and detect errors early.
    • Integrate network tools to improve the overall efficiency of IT operation.
    • Manage and report on assigned projects, tasks, and support cases
    • Able to travel for special and occasional projects


    To be successful you need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of industry experience in Network Engineering is a must. Experience in IT automation is considered as an advantage.
    • Previous experience with support of large enterprise and datacenter networks and in managing high-availability environments, including industry’s data security compliant networks.
    • Experience with unassisted configuration and deployment of network components. Investigating faults and performance issues in the network.
    • Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and respond quickly to provide action plans to solve the problem
    • Excellent knowledge in TCP/IP, routing, switching, SDN and VPN technologies.
    • Advanced skillset including routing, switching, firewall, wireless, DNS, DHCP (CCNP is an asset)
    • Experience with at least one major network vendor (Cisco ACI is preferred).
    • Experience in network security with Cisco ASA, FTD, FMC and Paloalto
    • Good understanding about IT Security, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Certificates, penetration tests, remediation process, etc.
    • Hands on experience and in AWS/Azure cloud network design, and implementation.
    • Good working knowledge with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and at least one scripting language (Python) would be considered as an advantage.
    • Experience in working with UNIX or Linux operating system environments.
    • Previous experience with Orion monitoring platform would be considered as an advantage.
    • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes would be considered as an advantage.
    • Team player with good coordination and communication skills
    • Ability to work within a global team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Fluent verbal and written English, as well as strong communication skills
    • Previous experience on projects in different time zones


    Considered an advantage:

    • Knowledge or experience with CI/CD pipeline and Git (or other version control systems for tracking source code changes) will be considered a plus
    • Knowledge of infrastructure as code approach and tools will be considered as a strong advantage
    • Experience with tools like Splunk will be considered as an advantage
    • Experience using REST APIs will be considered as an advantage
    • AWS Certification – AWS Solution Architect Associate/ AWS Certified Advanced Networking will be considered as an advantage
