We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one of the fist automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending.

We are expanding our development team and are looking for a PHP Team leader who will be responsible to manage process, resources and team and he/she will be focused on development of new projects and products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise activities in the team, prioritize tasks
• Participate in the recruitment process, mentоr, мanage and control the work of the employees in the team
• Provide technical knowledge and insight to team members
• Review and give constructive feedback on team members’ code and performance
• Develop new products in accordance with the development plan of the company
• Ensure alignment of the teams with technology and architecture strategy
• Monitor key projects and processes
• Hands-on participation in the development process and execution of dev tasks
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform about necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Keep learning new technologies and keep abreast of existing ones and help introduce them where appropriate

Your profile:

• At least 3 years experience as a Team leader/Senior PHP developer
• Experience with the following languages/frameworks: PHP, OOP, MVC framework – Symfony
• Experience with databases PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures and algorithms
• Familiarity with security in mobile application development
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Analytical and documentation skills
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent English – written and spoken
