Release Engineer

What You’ll Do

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the deploy of software solutions to its end users
• Work closely with the development team, clients, and project managers to determine the functional requirements of the software
• Lead bug fixing and troubleshooting for each software version
• May review user-reported bugs, crush logs, and software reviews to identify areas that need improvement and attention
• Proposes and implements resolutions of bugs without interrupting the functionality or stability of the software
• Improve release quality, tools, and processes
• Maintains documentation of the deployment process for both internal use and for the end user
• Work with the current deployment tools and work to improve the process
• Continuously working with the Automation QA team for improving the CI part
• Working with the technical writer for providing internal and customers release notes

• Directly subordinate to any managing director responsible for the deployments of software.
• In implementing the organizational capacity to carry out our links and relationships with all actors in the company

III. REQUIREMENT

• Experience with deployment tools (Jenkins) and repositories.
• Experience with deployment of .Net Applications, working with MS SQL Server database
• Strong analytical and assessment thinking
• Able to work “as one”
• Excellent technical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Good spoken and written English language
