Currently we are looking for a Salesforce Consultant. As a Salesforce consultant, you enjoy solving complex business challenges by delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform. You’re able to understand the commercial context of our client’s businesses and their challenges to develop the scope of work for Salesforce solutions. You will work with a variety of clients to help them understand and define how they will use Salesforce to deliver business solutions. You must be passionate about Salesforce and have a good understanding of its products and how to use them in solving business challenges. You will need a good level of business, commercial awareness and French, as well as good multi-cloud knowledge(Sales / Service / Financial Service and Experience Cloud) to be able to successfully scope and deliver projects to the customers.

Responsibilities:

» Design solutions to business needs using Salesforce capabilities

» Sell ideas to customers, clearly communicate advantages for the business

» Conduct meetings, prepare business process documentation and process flows

» Work closely with different internal teams and other parties

» Participate in complete pre-sales and implementation processes as a subject matter expert

» Guide development teams on functionality to meet the requirements

» Prepare client training plans and conduct trainings

» Participate to product development cycle

» Understand and communicate business requirements, goals and project success criteria

Requirements:

» Must be comfortable having a client facing role

» Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, products and functionality

» Previous experience in Salesforce implementations would be an advantage

» Ability to translate the requirements into successful projects

» Knowledge of Sales Cloud; Service Cloud; Experience Builder (Community), Financial Service Cloud

» Salesforce Financial Service Cloud experience

» Commerce Cloud or Marketing Cloud would be considered a plus

» Demonstrated consulting and customer service skills

» Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on a technical and project management level

» Fluent English

» French speaking proficiency is a must

» Experience with software projects within Finance sector will be considered a plus
