About the role

It’s an exciting time to be working in data. Joining us as a Data Analyst is an interesting opportunity as from one side, you will be involved in analyzing world class product – features adoption, client’s acquisition and behavior, customers lifetime value etc. And from the other, you will be part of a highly motivated team which is developing unique data product, reaching thousands of users. OfficeRnD data product is an integral part of our business.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into dashboard designs that clearly tell a story with the data.
• Work closely with our product management, customers, and UX/Design teams to understand our clients’ business problems. Then translate them into analytical data, advanced dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Design and analyze experiments and A/B tests.
• Explore and implement data and technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes in building dashboards
• Proactively perform deep dive analyses, then communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver reasonable insights and recommendations
• Create and automate analyses that drive the business through observing metrics, tracking history or data mining.

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Solid experience of SQL and analytics tools incl. data modeling tools is a must.
• Solid experience of BI dashboard development software (such as Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau and/or Crystal Reports, etc.)
• Experience in business and data analytics, ideally in SaaS industry.
• Enthusiasm about all things related to data.
• Eagerness to work on a project which develops data as a product.
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and grow together with your team.

Nice-to-haves:

• Embedded analytics tools like SiSense and Looker.
• Any web/ app tracking tools – e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
• User behavioral analyses and tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Mouseflow, etc.
• Advanced analytics technics – customer segmentations, churn prediction, lifetime value prediction etc. is a strong plus.
