    About the role

    As a Documentation Writer, you would create and build out documentation and user assistance infrastructure. You will be a core part of the customer-facing teams working together to create resources that don’t just document what the product does, but accelerates a user from beginner to power user.

    What you need to succeed:

    • 2+ years of experience as a documentation writer, editor, or content strategist;
    • Ability to quickly learn how to use software products and have passion for technology;
    • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and informative video content, showcasing proficiency in video editing;
    • Experience working with content in multiple mediums and coordinating with other teams;
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment;
    • Excellent written and spoken English language skills;
    • Experience working with the following tools is considered a plus: Confluence/JIRA, ZenDesk, HTML, CSS.

    What you would do:

    • Work closely with the internal teams to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: user guides, video guides, integration guides, in-platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc.) and product documentation;
    • Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques;
    • Proactively research product changes to determine scope of edits for assigned areas of documentation;
    • Proactively research best documentation portals and ensure ours exceeds all expectations and follows best practices;
    • Monitor metrics on the usage of training materials as well as direct customer feedback to prioritize future documentation investments;
    • Generate product maps illustrating administrative floor layouts, desk configurations, and usage of in-app designer tools, ensuring clarity and usability for end users;
    • Responsible for training AI models to automate and streamline documentation tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and relevance in content generation and organization.
