Senior Java Developer

About us:

As a recent addition to the ODDS Group, our software company ODDS Tech is focused on developing and refining an innovative B2B iGaming solution that brings together sports betting, online casino, payments, and CRM for clients worldwide.

Currently, we are in the process of building our technical team and are looking for Senior Java developers to join us on this exciting journey. Joining us, you will play a key role in developing a cutting-edge solution that seamlessly integrates iGaming and FinTech. You’ll collaborate closely with other developers and team members from the ODDS Group working on dynamic, high-impact greenfield projects from the ground up. What you’ll be doing:

•  Design and develop high-performance microservices using Java 23 and Spring Boot;

•  Implement CQRS and event-driven patterns in a distributed architecture;

•  Work with ScyllaDB/Cassandra, optimizing queries for large-scale transaction data;

•  Integrate and manage workflow orchestration engine for complex business flows;

•  Develop and maintain RESTful & asynchronous APIs for PSP integrations;

•  Work with Gitlab, Docker & Kubernetes to deploy and scale microservices efficiently;

•  Monitor and enhance system observability using Prometheus and Grafana;

•  Ensure high availability & fault tolerance in a distributed environment.

What we’re looking for:

•  At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer;

•  Strong expertise in Java8+ and Spring;

•  Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases ( ScyllaDB/Cassandra preferably)

•  High level of self-organization, creativity, and ethics;

•  Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision;

•  Work ethics and team play;

•  Experience in the field of iGaming or FinTech is a plus.
