DevOps Engineer

ОDDS Tech is a software company focused on developing and refining an innovative B2B iGaming solution that brings together sports betting, online casino, payments, and CRM for clients worldwide.

Currently, we are in the process of expanding our DevOps team and are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to be a part of our journey.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with a driven, high-performing, international DevOps team;
• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and tools that enable seamless integration, deployment, and monitoring of our software solutions;
• Streamline processes and enhance the reliability and scalability of our systems.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role;
• Strong experience working with cloud infrastructure, with specific expertise in OpenStack and OpenStack networking;
• Hands-on knowledge of network security, routing, and firewall administration using OPNsense;
• Proven experience in the setup, management, and orchestration of Kubernetes clusters;
• Demonstrated experience managing and scaling diverse database technologies, such as ScyllaDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and ClickHouse;
• Solid understanding of Real-Time Data Integration and Streaming Pipelines;
• Experience with Linux and Windows administration;
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies;
• Experience using Kubernetes to orchestrate containers;
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Gitlab Pipelines;
• Experience with configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform;
• Knowledge of monitoring and health analysis applications such as Grafana, Prometheus;
• Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies;
• English language proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of reverse proxies NGINX, HAProxy, and their advanced configurations ( load balancing, caching, SSL termination);
• Deep understanding of the HTTP protocol, including methods, headers, status codes, and concepts like HTTP/2 and persistent connections;
• Experience with Lua scripting, particularly in the context of NGINX (OpenResty) for custom request handling, authentication, or routing logic.
