ODDS Tech is a software company focused on developing and refining an innovative B2B iGaming solution that brings together sports betting, online casino, payments, and CRM for clients worldwide.
Currently, we are in the process of expanding our team and are looking for a Account Manager to be a part of our journey. Joining us, you will be involved in the development of a next-gen iGaming software, from sports betting and casino modules to crypto exchanges. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and other team members from the ODDS Group working on complex challenges using modern tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for our business clients to gather project requirements, clarify objectives, and discuss timelines;
Accurately capture client requests and relate them into the clients tasks in Jira;
Monitor the status of projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met;
Regularly update clients on project progress, potential challenges, and solutions;
Verify that client requirements are fully met before final delivery;
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or a similar role;
Proficiency in using Jira or similar software for project tracking and task management;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members;
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through;
Understanding of Agile methodologies;
Previous experience in our industry field is an advantage.
