Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products with excellent customers experience. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, develop and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a product owner within a scrum team. Define the requirements, prioritize the tasks for the development teams, and confirm the deliveries.
• Define Nuvei’s checkout of new features and capabilities and priorities and implement them.
• Define, present, and prioritize merchants’ requirements.
• Deliver PRDs (Product Requirements Definition) and detailed requirements with prioritized features.
• Drive product launches, including working with other product management team members, integration teams, merchants’ platforms, and technical account managers.
• Responsible for internal and marketing communications and performing internal training.
• Define measurements for new features and the ability to measure the benefits for the company and the merchants that implemented the features.
• Understanding the checkout products’ competitive landscape.
• Working with Merchants to present the company’s capabilities and gather their requirements.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and merchants’ impact.

Requirements:

• 4-3 years of experience in Product management – a must.
• Experience with leading the whole life cycle of product development – a must.
• Proven experience of product management of an online product with a strong focus on product planning and design – must.
• Knowledge of the Online/e-commerce/Fintech industry or payments industry – a must.
• Experience and any background in JavaScript and web frontend technologies – strong advantage.
• Working in Scrum methodology – Advantage.
• Previous proven experience in software development, working in WEB/Internet/Online environments.
• Ability to communicate with developers, system analysts, and UI/UX and approve Software design.
• Strong business orientation. Ability to read and understand information from various sources.
• Ability to work with offshore teams.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing information and effectively communicate it to executive management.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent preferred.
• Team player.
• Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work in a fast-moving work environment.
• Self-manage.
• Traveling will be required as part of the job.
