Windows Desktop Developer

We are looking for a Windows Desktop Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain WPF applications using modern .NET frameworks.
• Code Refactoring: Modernize and refactor legacy code in line with evolving platform standards and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
• Bug Fixing & Performance: Diagnose and resolve issues while improving application performance, reliability, and usability.
• Field Support Solutions: Develop features that support field technicians, including offline capabilities and performance optimization for demanding environments.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop application development.
• Languages & Frameworks: Strong expertise in C#, WPF, and the .NET ecosystem (including .NET Core/.NET 8).
• Architecture & UI: Solid experience with MVVM and XAML, with a focus on clean architecture and user-friendly interfaces.
• Asynchronous Programming & DI: Experience working with REST APIs, async/await patterns, and dependency injection.
• Testing: Proficiency with unit testing frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a focus on maintainability and scalability.
