Project & Delivery Assurance Manager – SAP & ServiceNow

NTT Data Business Solutions is a part of NTT Data Business Solutions Germany.

We are looking for a skilled Project & Delivery Assurance Manager for SAP and Service Now.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting risk and quality assessments for new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow -specific risks are addressed.
• Providing feedback on the Deal Governance process to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations.
• Supporting Red/Amber projects by developing and executing „Back to Green“ action plans, including internal management reporting.
• Managing customer escalations: leading top management customer escalations, supporting executive management in the de-escalation
• process, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence.
• Defining the necessary quality checks for SAP and ServiceNow projects and services to ensure quality, speed and profitability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of work experience in Delivery Assurance, Project and/or Services Management.
• Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow within complex enterprise environments.
• Delivery assurance skills, supported by certification (e.g. Six Sigma).
• Strong project/service management and leadership abilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, attention to detail, and adaptability under pressure.
• Knowledge of IT standards and regulations (ISO 9001, CMMI, GDPR).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
