IT Operator

We are looking for an IT Operator to join our team and gain practical experience in IT operations and support. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a career in Information Technology and work in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT systems and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the processing of service requests and incident tickets.
• Assist with user account administration and access management.
• Monitor system alerts and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support routine operational and maintenance activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Create and maintain operational documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Follow established IT procedures, policies, and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in the IT field.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
