Senior Software Developer – AI Systems & Data Platform

You’ll work on AI-native systems that run in the real world, from logistics to safety-critical environments. These systems don’t live in dashboards. They run where failure, latency, and uncertainty are real constraints.

We bring together data from sensors, machines, enterprise systems, and real-time streams and turn it into operational intelligence.

The Role

This is not a feature development role.

You will design and build systems that need to work under imperfect data, unstable environments, and real-world constraints. You’ll make architectural decisions, build core infrastructure, and bring machine learning into production.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing distributed systems that remain reliable under real-world conditions
• Building data pipelines that operate at scale (batch, streaming, real-time)
• Turning machine learning models into production systems
• Integrating complex, heterogeneous data sources
• Deploying systems across cloud and on-prem environments

Problems You’ll Solve

• How do you make heterogeneous data consistent and usable?
• How do you run ML reliably in unpredictable environments?
• How do systems behave when networks fail, or data is incomplete?
• How do you move from analysis to autonomous decision-making?

What We Look For

You’ve built systems that actually run.

• Strong backend engineering skills (Python)
• Experience with distributed systems or data platforms
• Experience with ML in production (not just training)
• You think in systems, not functions
• You care about reliability, performance, and simplicity
• You understand complex algorithms and ML models not just in application, but at a mathematical level

Bonus:

• C++ or Rust
• Experience with sensor data / IoT
• Experience in complex, real-world system environments
