About the Role

We are looking for an Android Software Engineer to join a client-facing project.

You will contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performing, and intuitive mobile applications. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative setting, tackling complex challenges, and creating solutions that deliver real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop software applications, applying technology and platform best practices
• Write and maintain clean, testable, and high-quality code
• Participate in troubleshooting and technical analysis to improve performance and scalability

Requirements  

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in native Android development (Kotlin)
• Strong understanding of Jetpack Compose
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend systems
• Solid understanding of the Android SDK and Android frameworks
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Comfortable with version control systems such as Git, including pull requests and code reviews
• Proven record using Espresso for creating Android UI tests
• Knowledge of design patterns and architecture in mobile applications
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Fluent in English

Highly Desired  

• Hands-on experience with push notifications and Firebase
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Knowledge of web technologies and UI/UX standards
• Keen to experiment with new technologies and approaches
• Proven ability to integrate GraphQL-based backends
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
