We are writing our growth story right now. Join us as a UX/UI Designer as part of our Front-End Development team, to contribute with the creation and optimization of the UX/UI design of the NOTO decision-making platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, other designers and front-end developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences;
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights;
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and optimize existing designs;
• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to bring ideas to life;
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and style guides and ensure consistency across platforms;
• Involvement in the whole product development cycle.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role;
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite);
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards;
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing;
• Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills;
• Great attention to detail;
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
• Experience in end-to-end product development as a UI/UX designer, ideally in an in-house role.
