Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, other designers and front-end developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences;
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights;
Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and optimize existing designs;
Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to bring ideas to life;
Contribute to the evolution of our design system and style guides and ensure consistency across platforms;
Involvement in the whole product development cycle.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role;
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite);
Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards;
Experience with user research methods and usability testing;
Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions.
Excellent communication skills;
Great attention to detail;
Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
Nice-to-have requirements:
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
Experience in end-to-end product development as a UI/UX designer, ideally in an in-house role.
