About You:
What You’ll Do:
Align Development with Business Goals: Ensure product development efforts are in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Define Success Metrics: Identify and achieve key performance indicators and success metrics for product initiatives.
Oversee Product Lifecycle: Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, QA, and release, balancing resources to meet organizational goals.
Strategic Planning: Lead the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and insight.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide valuable insights to stakeholders about the product and market conditions.
Ongoing Product Management: Manage all aspects of in-life products, including gathering customer feedback, addressing requirements, and resolving issues.
Adapt Strategy: Propose and implement changes to product strategy in response to competitive shifts in the marketplace.
