Senior Technical Product Manager

neoshare is an innovative fintech company that develops and operates a SaaS platform for project finance and large-volume lending transactions. We help banks and real estate companies to optimize their processes and increase their efficiency.

About You: 

• Technical Background: Strong technical acumen with experience managing B2B SaaS products, ideally within FinTech, PropTech, or Financial Services.
• Product Development Expertise: Proven experience in defining, building, and launching high-quality technical products.
• Lifecycle Management: Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of a product’s lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Customer-Centric: Focused on customer needs and skilled at leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to make informe decisions.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and implement product and marketing strategies, with strong communication skills for presenting recommendations to executive management.
• Agile Methodology: Experienced in working within agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus.

What You’ll Do: 

Align Development with Business Goals: Ensure product development efforts are in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Define Success Metrics: Identify and achieve key performance indicators and success metrics for product initiatives.

Oversee Product Lifecycle: Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, QA, and release, balancing resources to meet organizational goals.

Strategic Planning: Lead the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and insight.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide valuable insights to stakeholders about the product and market conditions.

Ongoing Product Management: Manage all aspects of in-life products, including gathering customer feedback, addressing requirements, and resolving issues.

Adapt Strategy: Propose and implement changes to product strategy in response to competitive shifts in the marketplace.
