As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead to join our growing team.

As Software Development Lead you will be playing a pivotal role in leading the development and innovation of client onboarding systems within myPOS. Your expertise will help us drive the creation of secure, scalable solutions, ensuring a smooth experience for businesses while upholding compliance requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure a smooth product lifecycle from development to production support.
• Lead the design and development of payment and onboarding systems.
• Work hands-on with the team and provide guidance with C++ and C# technologies.
• Mentor team members, ensuring the best coding practices.
• Lead the respective software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement processes and drive technical innovation within the team.

What you bring:

• 5+ years in Software development with C++/C#, (experience with onboarding systems in financial institutions is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in large-scale projects, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and timely delivery.
• Skilled in conducting detailed code reviews, maintaining coding standards, and promoting best practices across the development team.
• A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
• Experience in Designing and Implementing Onboarding Systems (KYC/KYB) is a plus
• Deep Understanding of Regulatory Compliance (KYC/KYB) is a plus
• Experience with Risk Management and Fraud Prevention services is a plus
• Fluent in English.
