    As Card Scheme Operations Analyst you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operations related to card schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, analyzing transaction data, and providing insights to enhance our card processing systems. This role requires understanding of card network rules, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

    Your challenges will be:

    • Card Scheme Management: Oversee daily operations related to card schemes, including acquiring, issuing and reconciliations.
    • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure card scheme activities comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in card scheme operations.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on card scheme performance, compliance, and operational metrics.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize card processing systems and resolve any issues.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with card networks and other stakeholders to stay updated on industry changes and incorporate necessary adjustments into our operations.

    Your Profile:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technologies, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in card scheme operations, payment processing, or a related area.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with SQL and other database management systems is a plus.
    • Knowledge: understanding of card network rules and regulations, and familiarity with compliance requirements.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
