Job Overview:

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing card scheme operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and understanding of card schemes and/or payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering, structuring, and documenting business requirements
• Work on the implementation of new card schemes and functionalities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and expertise on card scheme related issues and queries.
• Work closely with Product and development teams to implement new payment features
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams card scheme integrations, upgrades, and optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technologies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirement Engineer, preferably within the financial services or card scheme industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High interest and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new requirements and gather the needed technical understanding.
