    • Handling Business Clients Technical requests
    • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
    • Analyzing clients’ problems and providing relevant solutions
    • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support

    • Fluent in Italian
    • Confident in English
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Willing to communicate with business customers
    • Willing to work in our Plovdiv Office
