Location:
We are looking for a Support Professional with Italian or French, based in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of work).
Role Summary
The Support Professional is typically the first point of contact for Milestone Partners and therefore plays a key role in helping our company achieve its mission by providing excellent Customer / Partner knowledge and satisfaction. The Support Team must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Milestone product portfolio and excellent customer-facing skillset.
