You will be a part of

We are looking for a talented and experienced Release Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Release Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining the release process and ensuring that our software products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Day to day challenges will include working with a unified Build Platform, running a variety of sub-systems: Azure DevOps Server, HaProxy-based load balancer, IaC (Ansible), JFrog ecosystem (Artifactory & Xray), automation programming (PowerShell, Kotlin), monitoring (ELK stack, PRTG), TeamCity, Jenkins, custom-made Build Framework (.NET, C#) and few more. We constantly learn and evolve, and we not only talk about DevSecOps, but we also do it.

Your typical day at Milestone as a Release Automation Engineer:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated release pipelines for the corporate software product.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the release pipelines meet their requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot release pipeline issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) systems.
• Develop and maintain release documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the release process.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest release automation tools and techniques.
• Be a team player, act on the common well-being.

How we can match:

• Working level of English language (we do collaborate with Denmark every day).
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role (DevOps, SysOps).
• A degree in a tech discipline.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Public Clouds (Azure, AWS), Build Servers (TeamCity, Jenkins), Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform), Load Balancing (HaProxy), Logging and Monitoring (ELK, PRTG), scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• System administration skills under Linux distributions (CentOS, RedHat).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Above mentioned technical tools are the domain, we accept if you are skilled in other tooling within the domain, we will help you to ramp up with ours!

• Initial conversation with the leader of the team (15-20 mins)
• First interview with the engineering manager and a representative from HR
