About the Team

At the Data Insights team you will be able to work and experiment, following the latest software development trends. We have strong focus on data aggregation, data processing and extracting maximum value of it. All of this relies on an architecture, using APIs, microservices, containers etc. Cloud-native approach is in our DNA, and we have chosen Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a cloud provider.

What you will do in a typical day:

• Understand the data domain, that we are operating in
• Participate in the whole software development lifecycle
• Write automation tests for various API/Containerized applications
• Strong focus on testing data processing applications
• Perform usability testing for overall system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
• Work with version control system, using different branching strategies
• Set up and run automated tests through CI/CD pipeline

How you can match:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Relevant higher education within IT/Software Development
• Be able to write code in C# or Python
• Be able to reproduce complex business logic through automated tests
• Working experience in testing API/Containerized applications
• Working experience with Selenium WebDriver (RestAssured OR RestSharp)
• Be able to configure and use CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Circle CI)
• Experience with Cucumber or SpecFlow
• Experience with AWS is a plus
• Certification of ISTQB is a plus

What to Expect From The Interview Process:

• Initial conversation with the leader of the team (15-20 mins)
• First interview with the engineering manager and a representative from HR
• Second (2) interviews focused on assessing the technical performance and expertise
• Cognitive and personality assessments
