    We are opening a strategic position in our QA department consisting of 190 QAs. We are looking to hire an Automation QA Manager whose primary focus will be to contribute to the expansion of our automation segment.

    MentorMate has trained more than 100 Junior Automation QA Specialists and upskilled above 50 Quality Engineers. In this position, the QA Manager will be responsible for increasing these numbers by optimizing strategies, training programs, and processes.

    Being part of an international company, the Automation QA Manager will be in charge of promoting MentorMate and the QA department in different countries and markets, building a strategy for international expansion, and optimizing the supervision of a huge quality engineering team by establishing metrics and OKRs aligned with the business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    Hiring

    • Develop strategies on how to attract QA automation talents
    • Contribute to the expansion of the existing team
    • Represent the company at different initiatives — conferences and events

    People

    • Establish different initiatives to enhance team motivation and morale
    • Provide technical and career development guidance, and mentor team members
    • Participate in building the company’s automation strategy

    Clients

    • Represent the company in front of clients, during visits and online
    • Help building QA strategies for project starts
    • Strive to achieve client satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Hands-on experience with automation testing
    • Subject matter expert in the software quality assurance field
    • Previous experience leading and managing people and projects
    • Ability to provide guidance regarding complex QA problems
    • Ability to inspire and gain followers easily
    • Great interpersonal skills — communication, presentation, negotiation skills, can-do attitude
    • Excellent English
