Senior Automation QA

Manpower is looking for a skilled Automation QA professional to join one of our trusted partners. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team, driving innovation and delivering excellence across website, newsletter, and data products.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of automation testing experience, with a proven ability to establish best practices and strategies in automation QA. This role is essential in ensuring high test coverage, particularly for regression and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automation test frameworks.
• Establish and promote best practices for automation QA processes and strategies.
• Ensure high test coverage with a focus on regression and integration testing.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to identify test requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases and automation frameworks.
• Continuously optimize and improve automation testing processes.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation testing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing.
• Expertise in automation testing tools/frameworks such as Playwright and/or Cypress (experience with Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG is a plus).
• Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python is a plus.
