About the Role

We are seeking a (Senior) MS Dynamics 365 Architect to support our operations and drive digital transformation. In this role, you will play a key part in building a central workspace using Dynamics 365 Sales & Field Service for various departments (sales, disposition, technician, etc.). As Dynamics 365 integrates seamlessly with other backend systems via Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions, you’ll contribute to enhancing performance, efficiency, and sustainability within the company.

What You’ll Do

Implement Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Field Service), PowerApps, Power Platform, and Azure Functions.

Customize and expand Dynamics 365 modules using JavaScript and C#.

Integrate interfaces with applications, web frontends, and backends, and manage database development.

Handle development, integration, maintenance, testing, and 3rd-level support for Dynamics 365 applications.

Advise internal consultants on design, development, and technology best practices using Dynamics 365.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

4+ years of experience in a similar role.

Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a developer or architect.

Knowledge of agile software development and project work.

Strong skills in C#/.NET and JavaScript.

Teamwork, initiative, and passion for modern technologies.

Fluent English skills.

Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice-to-Haves:

Knowledge of Sales and Field Service modules.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect).

Degree in IT or engineering fields.
