Be part of a team that is building a central working and planning hub using Dynamics 365 for service departments and integrating with cutting-edge backend systems through Azure technologies.

    As an MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Field Service Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the application lifecycle and supporting the implementation of D365 solutions across various regions. You’ll work alongside a project team to expand our technology’s reach and ensure operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide 2nd-level support for MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Field Service, covering tasks like monitoring, change management, and interface maintenance
    • Resolve incidents within established SLAs, including troubleshooting system issues, managing user access and permissions, and addressing software discrepancies
    • Conduct problem management activities through periodic ticket analysis to identify and implement improvements
    • Collaborate effectively with business Key Users, Corporate IT staff, and third-level support to maintain seamless communication
    • Develop, test, and document software in compliance with company standards
    • Analyze and correct software errors identified during operation or testing
    • Ensure software maintenance and ongoing compliance with organizational requirements

    Qualifications: 

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong IT background with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM or Field Service
    • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure
    • Proven customer service skills and effective communication abilities

    Desired Skills:

    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
    • Knowledge of SQL programming
    • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Logic App, and ServiceBus
    • Basic understanding of ERP systems (Exact preferred)
    • A degree in IT or engineering is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a focus on customer orientation
    • Structured approach to documenting requirements and results
    • Willingness to travel when needed
