What is your new role:

• not just writing code, but leveraging AI tools to generate, optimize, and scale back-end business logic and web APIs of our IoT platforms;
• designing the blueprints and performing deep-dive audits of AI-assisted code, being the ultimate gatekeeper of code quality;
• maintaining and optimizing our perfectly aligned IoT ecosystem, ensuring that hardware devices, back-end logic, and mobile apps run with zero downtime;
• mastering AI-augmented workflows, setting the standards for prompt engineering and automated testing.

What it takes:

• being one of the “early adopters“ – someone who already utilizes or is curious to leverage AI to multiply productivity and is looking for a like-minded company;
• deep understanding of software design patterns – you must know exactly what to ask the AI to build and have the expertise to challenge the result;
• strong experience with C# .NET codebases – you need to be a master at reading, debugging, and refactoring code (often faster than writing it);
• sound knowledge of TCP/IP stack, Socket programming, and multi-threaded applications;
• in-depth understanding of relational databases and the ability to optimize AI-generated queries for high performance;
• strong logic, analytical thinking and ability to decompose complex business requirements into precise technical instructions;
• a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field;
• being committed to working from our office to achieve best results, through efficiency, direct communication and good relationships with colleagues.
