We are seeking a highly motivated and experience AI Adoption Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to accompany the AI Center of Excellence, which primary goal is to enable the experimentation and adoption of AI, worldwide within LDC.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI adoption initiatives as defined by the AI Center of Excellence, listed, but not limited to, hereafter.
• Build and execute adoption plan AI internal products roll-out.
• Work on creating AI competency in the form of on-line and off-line presentation, workshops, e- learning modules, free curriculums.
• Organize and animate Global AI innovation challenge using LDC Innovation Platform
• Organize and animate regional hackathons
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across the company.
• Animate an AI community of several hundred members.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to track adoption and communication progress and identify areas for improvement.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management, adoption planning, communication, community management, or related, in technical area.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully driving adoption and change management plans, implementing training and communication framework.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, in a complex, fast-paced, and international environment.
• Passion for AI and its applications for business.
• Passion for sharing knowledge

• High level of self-organization skill and autonomy
• Ability to drive different initiatives in parallel
• Results-oriented and data driven mindset for performance assessment.

Languages:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.

Academics

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Certifications in AI/ML is necessary
