Technical Lead

What you will be doing:

• Effectively evaluating various project approaches, considering their pros and cons, and accurately estimating project breakdowns based on preliminary architecture
• Generating high-quality, well-designed, well-tested, and visually appealing code by following best practices
• Conducting code reviews for the team, ensuring maintenance of the highest standards
• Proactively devising solutions and proposing architectural recommendations
• Developing comprehensive documentation containing textual content and illustrative diagrams and delivering technical presentations and live demonstrations to clients
• Evaluating performance, conducting performance reviews, and handling compensation for engineering team members within the project
• Providing mentorship and leadership within the company
• Fostering a culture of knowledge exchange among teams and throughout the company

What you bring to the table:

• Proficiency in advanced back-end and/or front-end development with expertise in major frameworks, including:
• NodeJS (NestJS) – Java (Spring)
• Go (Gin)
• React, Vue, Angular
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental concepts, such as REST / GraphQL APIs, authentication, microservices, databases, and software design patterns, across major cloud providers
• Proficiency in software architecture principles
• Experience in encompassing textual content and diagrams for documentation
• Proactive approach to continually update knowledge across diverse technologies and concepts
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients, sales teams, and solicit initial requirements

Not a dealbreaker but we will totally high-five you, if you have:

• Knowledge or experience in Web3/Blockchain
• Proficiency in serverless computing, particularly with AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions
• A good understanding of CI/CD (Github Actions, GitLab pipelines and etc.) and containerization using Docker
• Understanding of fundamental concepts like rate limiting, load balancers, and firewalls
