Java Developer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Developing enterprise-level Java applications while maintaining high code quality standards
• Architecting technical solutions for complex business requirements
• Contributing to system design decisions and technical roadmap
• Collaborating with Product Owners and clients to clarify implementation details
• Participating in ceremonies and sprint planning
• Meeting project deadlines and delivery commitments
• Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to team members
• Implementing best practices and coding standards
• Documenting technical specifications and architectural decisions
• Breaking down complex requirements into manageable technical tasks
• Identifying and resolving potential technical risks and bottlenecks

‍WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• At least 3 years of experience with Java
• Experience and due diligence in writing high quality, well-structured code in multiple languages/technologies
• Appetite and capacity to keep up with emerging technologies & share knowledge
• Ability to work independently and deliver working products within deadlines – from empty Git repo to fully-deployed solutions in the cloud
• Agility and Adaptability – Web3 is constantly evolving, so being a quick-learner, embracing change and making the best of it is vital
