DevOps Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Take ownership of our containerized environments (Docker/K8s) and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll implement and maintain reliable, repeatable deployments across all environments.
• Use Terraform and Ansible to manage our infrastructure as code (IaC), ensuring everything we build – from cloud instances to blockchain nodes – is repeatable and solid.
• Help create and manage our monitoring and observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) so we have a clear view of how our networks are performing at all times.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents, automate repetitive tasks via Python or Bash, and maintain the runbooks that keep our team organized.
• We stay ahead of the curve by staying curious. You’ll contribute to process improvements and research new ways to scale our infrastructure, node and network topology.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering with a strong foundation in Unix/Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience deploying and debugging in Kubernetes and at least one major cloud provider (AWS or GCP).
• You enjoy digging into complex troubleshooting and coming up with clever, lasting fixes. You know when to resolve an issue and when to escalate for a second opinion.
• You’re a self-starter who follows established patterns but isn’t afraid to suggest a better way. You value an open mindset and like sharing what you learn with the team.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash), CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.), and IaC tools.

Not a dealbreaker but we will totally high-five you, if you have:

• Exposure to blockchain networks and node operations.
• Experience with advanced Kubernetes patterns like Helm or ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with networking deep-dives (DNS, Load Balancing, VPNs).
