Position

We’re looking for a strong mid to senior level Full-Stack Developer to join our team at Lexis Solutions. You’ll work on modern, production-grade web platforms for international clients, mostly scaleups and established companies. Projects range from SaaS products and internal tools to platforms with payments, automation, and complex data flows.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior developers, PMs, and clients, and you’ll be expected to take ownership, challenge ideas, and help shape better technical solutions.

What you’ll work with

Core stack (must-have experience in most of these)

– Python and Django

Frontend and UI (experience with some is enough)

– TailwindCSS

– Material UI

– Semantic UI React

– SWR or similar data-fetching libraries

– Django built-in template engine

– Cloud, DevOps, and integrations (nice to have)

– AWS services like S3, CloudFront, SES

– Background jobs with Celery and RabbitMQ

– CI/CD with GitHub Actions

– Vercel, Heroku

– Monitoring tools like Sentry

– Stripe or other payment providers

What you’ll do

– Design and implement backend logic and REST APIs using Django

– Build modern, responsive frontends with React, Next.js, and TypeScript

– Work with PostgreSQL and optimize queries and data models

– Integrate third-party services like payments, email, and external APIs

– Maintain and improve Docker-based development environments

– Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

– Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code

– Collaborate with the team to plan, estimate, and deliver features end-to-end

– Actively contribute to architecture and technical decisions

What we’re looking for

– Solid experience as a Full-Stack Developer with Python/Django and React

– Comfortable working across the stack, backend-leaning is totally fine

– Good understanding of RESTful architectures and API design

– Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL

– Familiarity with Docker-based workflows

– Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

– Clear communication and willingness to give and receive feedback

Bonus points if you have
