    We are a leading fintech company that has built its reputation in the space with our signature crowdlending platform and for providing instant online loans. We’ve processed 100M+ leva in loan requests and our customer base continues to grow.

    We are looking to hire a professional to join the growing IT team as a Manual Quality Assurance Specialist.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the IT team to identify system requirements and design tests for our fintech platform.
    • Define, implement and execute test cases, report timely on outcomes.
    • Provide professional, clear, and accurate error descriptions.
    • Contribute to documentation on test practices, environments and tools.
    • Provide insightful feedback and recommendations for overall improvement of the systems.
    • Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth analysis.
    • Experience with git and Docker.
    • Knowledge of relational databases.
    • Experience with relevant test management and error tracking tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities.
    • Proficient in English.
    • Experience in automation will be considered as an advantage.
