We are a global team of 100+ design thinkers and makers who care about designing in the right way. As a part of the Global Design Office team, you will get a chance to be involved in it!

You will work on projects for clients across the world and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business and users’ problems and provide iterative designs based on user workflow, expectations, experience, and business needs. Moreover, you will present and communicate UX/UI solutions while clearly articulating the design rationale. On the other hand, you will learn our design methodologies and support teammates with the delivery of projects with a different level of complexity without extra-supervision.

YOU ARE

• Demonstrating at least 6 years in user experience and interaction design in IT industry
• Having Master’s degree or higher in Design related field (desirable)
• Possessing a portfolio of design capabilities, which is a must
• Experienced in working in agile environments and methods
• Showing proven experience in cooperation with external clients (preferable from the USA and Europe)
• Experient in driving clients from the very beginning of a project
• Having background in participation in presales and discoveries, which is a huge advantage
• Able to learn software tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Creative Suite, Miro)
• Having a concept of digital trends and digital experiences
• Understanding modern front-end technologies (desirable)
• Skilled in modern UI design approaches for Desktop, Web, Mobile, and emerging platforms
• Quick out of the gate, a fast learner thriving with strong colleagues
• Passionate about solving problems
• Showing strong communication (especially negotiation), analytical and interpersonal skills
• Available for 2 weeks+ business trips in case of business needs in post-quarantine era (currently we work 100% remotely)
• Demonstrating spoken Upper-Intermediate+ English level (be ready to direct communication with external clients via calls/chats on daily basis)

• Sketching or drawing to communicate complex visual ideas quickly
• Providing project scoping, planning, and estimation
• Producing high-quality visual designs—from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions (icons, graphics, and marketing materials)
• Possibility to work hard and play hard, but be humble and leave your ego at home
