    As our O365 Outlook Support Engineer, you will be:

    • Providing 3rd level support related to Outlook functionalities and smooth running

    • First point of contact regarding to email questions from different teams

    • Prioritizing the importance and urgencies of the request and acting accordingly

    • Understanding the user and providing personalized service and solutions

    • Using trouble-shooting and debugging tools to identify issues that are blocking the email ecosystem

    • Managing CISCO Email Security Appliance (ESA) Infrastructure and DNS Mail related entries

    • Providing precise adjustment and configuration of the email environment

    • Preparing technical documentation

    Key competences that will help you succeed:

    • Knowledge about CISCO ESA and MS Outlook, SMTP debugging and tracing

    • Knowledge about Procdump, Windebug, Powershell, Sara, Fiddler, MFCMAPI

    • Good analytical & troubleshooting skills, end-to-end overview of the system and Transport Layer Security

    • Experience on similar role or position between 2 – 4 years shall be considered as an advantage
