    How we’re seeing the role

    We are looking for a bright, talented person to become part of our customer-driven product team in Bulgaria. You’ll be designing and helping deliver enterprise-class systems that can robustly scale to support our global client base.

    As a Product Manager at Jiminny, you’ll be part of our tribe with a pretty modern approach to building products. You’ll bring ideas to life by prioritizing improvements on existing features, and shipping new features that give companies amazing tools to become more effective and gain insight into previously hidden data. You’ll be responsible for defining and improving on your KPIs, providing guidance and sharing key information across the company, and developing the people around you.

    What needs doing

    • Own one of the product areas within Jiminny, taking stories from ideation through to launch, including: writing detailed requirements, grooming, prioritizing, planning and approving.
    • Be the champion of our customers and act as their voice within the team.
    •  Work closely with the Product team on prioritization, innovation, product strategy & roadmap planning.
    •  Collaborate with the team members, stakeholders and customers.
    • Participate and lead agile ceremonies.
    • Initiate and analyze customer feedback and prioritize what makes sense to push to the teams.
    • Maintain the communication with your cross-functional stakeholders: Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Support and Marketing.
    • Partner with Customer Success to help them with customer expectations and needs.

    The bits that we can’t do without

    You’re a smart, motivated Product Manager/Product Owner with at least 3+ years of proven experience in creating products that users love! You’ll be knowledgeable and delighted to work with the following:

    • Customer-centric attitude: You’re empathetic towards customers and their needs, and have a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
    • Team player: You’re a fantastic team player, collaborating and also representing Product and our customers within the teams.
    • Lateral leadership: You’re dependable, able to lead others without direct authority.
    • Creative problem solving: You can identify the real jobs to be done behind what customers are saying and ideate viable solutions that are not necessarily what clients have asked for.
    • Focus on outcomes: You articulate the desired outcome, work with others to get there and prioritize the most important thing we can be working on.
    • Business acumen: You understand the markets, ask hard questions, validate assumptions, analyze usage data and qualitative feedback and draw concrete conclusions that will have a positive impact on the bottom-line of the business.
    • Character: You own your stuff, you can say no (although it’s painful), and your charisma and motivation are contagious.
    • Passion & energy: You enjoy a fast-paced working environment where your passion will shine through.
    • Advanced English (verbal and written)

    The bits that it would be great if you have

    • Experience with CRM systems
    • Experience with User Interface creation
    • Experience or understanding of a full SDLC and agile software development methodologies
    • Experience with Back-Office systems
