Your knowledge and experience

• Completed degree or similar education
• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP SAP SuccessFactors with providing customer support/customer orientation & ability to work in team
• Strong analytical skills and precise working methods
• Very good English language skills – required for business communication
• German language skills are a great plus

Your responsibilities

• You will become part of our Human Capital Management Unit. Together with your Team, you will support our customers in optimizing or ​implementing their main HR-Process in SAP SuccessFactors
• In the beginning, you will be trained and certified in SuccessFactors if necessary
• The ​modules are: Employee Central (Stammdatenverarbeitung), Employee Central Time (Zeitwirtschaft), Recruiting, Performance and Goals, Onboarding, Compensation and Variable Pay, Reporting and Analytics
• You are a trusted partner to our customers
