We have a proven track record for delivering, managing and innovating multi-channel commerce platforms for major international brands and retailers including Clarins, Asda Direct, Shiseido, adidas and many more. Our world-class team has delivered sites for over 25 brands with more than 170 sites across 34 markets.

    In order to support our company strategy, we are currently looking for talented people for the role of: Program Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for medium-large scale projects/programmes;
    • Continually seeks and capitalises upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships;
    • Owns programme specific contractual agreements;
    • Actively engages in Steering Committee meetings/board meetings with the client during project lifecycle;
    • Accountable for the successful delivery of customer programs within the e-commerce/retail industry, ensuring that initiatives are bought in on-time, on-budget and to predefined scope/quality expectations;
    • Oversees the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects;
    • Conduct regular review meetings (external and internal) ensuring all risks, issues, actions and dependencies are clearly documented, communicated and understood;
    • Proactively manage and handle issues and escalations, understanding their relevant priorities and managing expectations accordingly;
    • Responsible for Demand Management & Resource Planning to ensure successful delivery;
    • Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates & utilisation across designated projects;
    • Leadership – drive governance and reporting cadence, whilst ensuring that overall accountability for delivery is maintained;
    • Act as the primary client advocate within Isobar for inflight programmes.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 7 years of IT Project/Programme Management experience, preferably within an ecommerce delivery environment (Platform Provider / Systems Integrator / Digital Agency);
    • Clear understanding of standard commercial models (Time & Materials, Fixed Price, capacity/value based etc.);
    • Ability to develop a strong programme team potentially across multiple organisations and locations.
    • Thorough understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC);
    • Strong working experience in various delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, RUP;
    • Exhibit strong domain knowledge in ecommerce/multi-channel/omni-channel retailing;
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
    • A good understanding of the stakeholder political pressures on clients and projects; strong stakeholder management skills
    • Proven ability in producing coherent and commercially viable project plans;
    • Proven ability in producing credible and actionable status reports;
    • Experience in pre-sales & contract formalisation (SOW, PID, MSA);

    Exposure to structured project methodologies would be advantageous: Prince2 and/or Agile
