    The customer base of io.Connect usage is growing! We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer who can assist our clients’ engineering teams through our product implementation process.

    Be a member of a dynamic team, dedicated to developing your technical skills and rewarding your accomplishments through our career ladder. In addition to utilizing your technical skillset, you’ll use your experience working with clients and develop new strategies for communicating with clients, particularly software developers.

    In this role, you will:

    • Monitor and handle support requests through our helpdesk support system
    • Act as a technical consultant for Support and offer solutions to customers’ problems
    • Initiate and participate in audio/video call sessions, troubleshooting problems in the customer environment
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Provide efficient and accurate technical assistance
    • Work with software development engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented
    • Build Product Demos and Sample Applications
    • Demonstrate how the features of the product work by building examples that match the customers’ requirements
    • Cover the 24-7 service by working standard business hours Mo-Fri and be on a paid monitor duty outside business hours 1 week or less per month (duty shared between all team members)

    Your profile:

    • Two years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application support
    • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PHP, etc.…)
    • Knowledge of modern web development stacks (Angular, React)
    • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot by tracing configuration and log data
    • Knowledge of support ticketing systems
    • Availability to perform on-call duties
    • Problem solver with good analytical skills
    • Desire to help customers and willingness to contribute to the team’s success
    • Self-motivated with a strong desire to quickly learn and pick up new technical concepts
    • Able to communicate effectively with Support, Software Development Teams, Operations Stakeholders, and Product Owners
    • Fluent in English – verbal & written
    Nice to have:
    • Familiarity with .NET / Java will be considered an advantage
