Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Support sales team on a day-to-day basis in a technical pre-sales capacity, in all the phases of our sales process, especially in Identify, Qualify, Solution development stages
• Support customers in a post-sales capacity, working directly with enterprise customers to deliver service reviews and ensure they are getting value from the service
• Respond to product and technical queries via chat, email and phone
• Stay current with BI and modern Web development (Angular, React, Blazor) marketplaces and be aware of new trends, and convey these to prospective and existing customers
• Keep abreast of competitors’ offerings and work with the rest of the Solution Consulting fellows to develop best practices and tools to maximize our competitive differentiation
• Work with our development team to keep abreast of Infragistics solutions road map and forthcoming improvements and actively relay relevant information to clients
• Influence our product roadmaps directly with feedback from your customer interactions
• Gather customer technical requirements / details of environment for review and development of on-boarding strategy
• Drive Proof-of-Concept engagements with prospective clients
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional company resources required to support prospects needs based on potential revenue and strategic impact
• Ensure what is sold can be delivered and can deliver real benefits to the client
• Serve as a conduit of customer and prospect-related service requirements to Product Management for roadmap consideration

Requirements:

• The Solution Consultant (SC) will be a technical expert in relational databases and Business Intelligence / reporting technologies. The SC will be responsible for articulating the concepts to customers and prospects at the appropriate level; and answer any technical questions that might arise.
• Strong technical background, or natural ability to understand and articulate technical concepts relevant to Infragistics product suite
• Ability to present to diverse, enterprise-class audiences ranging from C-Level Execs to front-end developers
• Several years’ experience supporting the selling of solutions/professional services to enterprise clients with a good understanding of the commercial space and , language used,
• Experience in a client facing role
• Experience in sales environments including live product demonstrations, having intuitive grasp of selling techniques
• Hands-on JavaScript or/and C# development experience would be advantageous
• The capability to present credibly in both business and technology contexts
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• The ability to be a quick learner, who is able to think on their feet
• An ability to excel in fast paced environments
• A Computer Science degree from a top tier university
