Responsibilities:

• 6+ months of experience in general web development;
• Directly help customers be successful with Infragistics products by answering incoming support requests through forums, chats, calls, etc. and creating samples to illustrate product usage;
• Provide programming assistance to professional developers via analyzing, reproducing and troubleshooting technical issues;
• Help plan and ensure useful test coverage scenarios by authoring automated integration tests and executing manual tests for product areas that you are responsible for;
  Monitor failing test results, and work to resolve them;
• Ensure tests run on all supported platforms;
• Submit, verify and close product bugs;
• Independently debug product code to more deeply understand product behavior and create solutions, workarounds, and modify existing code to resolve problems with the product;
• With more senior developers, jointly own the design and creation of new features for your team’s products; 
• Participate in product development planning, design, and regular team meetings;
  Actively work on team and personal professional development plans for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• Formal education in computer science, software engineering, software academy graduated, or equivalent on-the-job experience;
• Above-average competency with English, especially written;
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS and HTML
• Experience using jQuery, Angular, or React is a plus;
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio is a plus;
• Experience with GitHub or similar public source control with own or shared projects is a plus;
• A positive, can-do outlook and willingness to contribute to team and product success in all functional areas;
• A drive for self and team improvement and active engagement in ongoing activities;
• Understanding and commitment to Infragistics values, vision and mission.
