    Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Process Expert.

    Areas of Responsibility

    • Develop a thorough understanding of client’s requirements
    • Support implementation of business requirements from initial proposal to final delivery
    • Perform requirements gathering and validation with stakeholders
    • Apply industry best practices and thorough knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution supporting the business process
    • Build a trusting relationship with the stakeholders and guide them to adopt the best solution
    • Take ownership for the quality of the solution delivered and ensure it is tested thoroughly
    • Demonstrate working solutions to stakeholders
    • Prepare training materials and conduct user training as required

    Qualifications

    • At least two years of Business Analysis or ITSM consultant experience
    • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL. Practical experience in implementing ITSM processes in large organizations
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Client presentation development, executive presence
    • At least two years of professional experience supporting ServiceNow implementation projects
    • Practical knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow module

    Will be an advantage

    • ITIL Foundations Certification
    • Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
    • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
    • Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
    • Administration of a ServiceNow instance including assignment rules, flows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, record producers, App Engine custom applications
    • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow modules: SPM / ITBM, GRC, HRSD
    • Supervisory experience working with diverse internal and client teams
    • Experience in test plan creation and execution, including automated test scripts
    • ServiceNow certification
