    Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our project as an SAP FI Functional Consultant (S/4 Roll-out for EMEA and APAC).

    We need SAP-Finance consultant to implement SAP S/4HANA in EMEA and APAC regions.

    Our Customer (one of the world leaders in agricultural technologies) has developed an SAP Global Template on S/4 that has only been rolled out to North America. The main System Integrator for the program is One of the Big4 consulting firms. Customer needs SAP consultants to extend their internal team to work with the consulting firm to roll out the template to EMEA (mostly) and APAC (could be partially involved) countries.

    Project details

    • You will be working under the supervision of the IT lead from the Customer and along with the consulting firm resources as part of a project team, through a full project lifecycle, to implement and deploy SAP S/4.
    • You can work remotely from anywhere in EMEA (preferably) and/or APAC but you need to have strong prior experience of implementing SAP Finance with country-specific localization requirements in at least 2 to 3 larger countries within EMEA and/or APAC.
    • You should be prepared to work during EMEA time-zone hours and sometimes in time periods overlapping with APAC.
    • There is up to 10% travel expected to client site (EMEA) with prior IT approval, otherwise remote. You need client-facing skills, and ability to communicate effectively over Zoom or MS Teams calls.

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years’ experience as a SAP FI Functional Consultant
    • Spoken level of English (with a minor preference of local language for non-English speaking countries)
    • SAP S/4 experience is highly preferred, but not an absolute necessity
    • Experience with Fit-to-template or fit-to-standard methodology preferred
    • Experience in any or several of the below is required (more coverage is better):
      1. SAP General Ledger
      2. SAP Taxes
      3. SAP Treasury
      4. SAP Accounts Payable/Receivable
      5. SAP Product Costing
      6. SAP Asset Accounting
      7. SAP Project Systems
      8. SAP Intercompany and integration with SD and MM 

    Areas of responsibilities

    • Readiness for at least 9 months full-time project, but preferably – for longer-term involvement for the next projects – within this Customer and others afterwards.
    • Ability to lead and facilitate the definition and gathering of business requirements with minimal supervision.
    • Development of blueprint documents, configuration logs, functional specifications, test cases and training material in conjunction with the project team to meet the business needs.
    • Facilitate business process mapping and business stakeholder sessions working with project team to ensure business requirements are properly aligned with SAP and Customer’s performance designs.
    • Identify integration issues and develop solutions across areas outside SAP-Finance or even outside SAP-ERP.
    • Work effectively and communicate (verbally & in writing) with project members including business and functional resources.
    • Conduct knowledge transfer and training to run and maintain support teams for transition after go-live.
    • Coordinate with project team to Analyze and propose solutions based on business requirements. Evaluate options, model proof-of-concept, suggest recommendations and drive decision making on final design before execution/build.
    • Document design:
      • Business Process document for each process identified
      • Process Flow diagram (BPMN)
      • Functional specification for any RICEF identified to cover Gap
      • Estimation on effort and duration after analyze phase
      • Coordinate with project team to design and perform SAP S/4 configuration
      • Document the Configuration Log
      • Assist in moving transports
    • Conceptualize and document test scenarios, cases, scripts. Prepare sessions, plan test cases, schedule sessions, run sessions with business and project team.
      • Unit test per each individual requirement
      • Integration test per each process
      • User Acceptance test per each process
      • Capture test results and diagnose and correct any defects identified
    • Plan, Deploy preparation, master data setting
      • List required master data and follow process to have them ready for deployment
      • Prepare Training for User
      • Include AMS R&M team to start Knowledge Transfer for support
    • GoLive/Hypercare support
      • Run first times Live with business
      • Control and monitor defects and issues during Hypercare stage.
